This is a pre-launch draft. Appeal Watch provides educational and organizational software for property tax appeal preparation. Users are responsible for confirming all information, deadlines, filing methods, and appeal requirements with their county or a qualified professional.
No guarantee is made that a property assessment will be reduced, that taxes will decrease, or that any appeal will succeed. County boards may increase, decrease, or leave values unchanged.
Production launch requires attorney-reviewed terms including refund rules, acceptable use, limitation of liability, user document rights, data retention, and dispute resolution.
Refund policy draft
Parcel watch fees should be refundable within 7 days if alert service has not started. Appeal packet fees should be refundable before customized packet generation begins. Review or hearing prep fees should be refundable before the review pass begins. Refunds are not based on whether the county lowers the assessment.
Professional referral rule
Appeal Watch may decline or pause cases that require professional legal, tax, appraisal, real estate, or valuation advice. Users should consult qualified professionals for complex cases, litigation, commercial property, or formal appraisal questions.
